The person I dealt with was wonderful The issue you I have is that you should be able to book everything on the site with a flight, I booked Air Canada and I could not go to Air Canada and select my seats or luggage or bid upgrade I needed to contact customer service and give them what I want this should be able to do this with the app like the competitors and there should be more options for what package you want Air Canada has Basic Economy, Flex, Comfort and Business Class.
